Let’s see what the customers have to say about their overall booking experience with Ola holidays.
The Ola holidays forum posters on trip advisor consider Ola as one of the cheapest travel companies they booked with while there are those who were not completely satisfied with the service of Ola holidays Ltd[i]. Ola holidays forum posters on Holiday-truth encountered problems with the booking confirmation as they have to phone Ola a couple of times to have them emailed the booking confirmation to the customer. A very satisfied customer also posted that she did not encounter any booking issues with Ola Holidays [ii] .
There was also an unhappy customer who had a horrible experience with one particular travel company and recommended Ola holidays to prospective customers[iii]. Another forum poster still booked with Ola holidays in spite of reading a lot of negative reviews about the company. He took the risk and was able to have a good experience with Ola Holidays Ltd (http://www.bview.co.uk/listing/2010691/Ola-Holidays-Ltd-in-SW14).
Offering the cheapest holidays is one of the reasons why customer’s book with Ola Holidays and this was proven by a forum poster when the thread starter asked if Ola Holidays Ltd are really offering one of the most affordable holiday packages. Although the forum poster encountered some minor issue with the airport transfer, she still considers her experience with Ola holidays satisfying (http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=3073274).

Ola Holidays Ltd gets a lot of commendations from customers who had a great booking experience with them and because of an amazing holiday experience, they highly recommend Ola holidays to their friends (http://www.olaholidays.com/AboutUs.aspx). These Ola holidays reviews and forums online only go to show that Ola thrives for excellence and values each customer’s opinion.
A friend recommended Ola Holidays to us, she said they were a really cheap travel company and offer a good basic package so we phoned their customer service number after looking on their website. We liked the look of the website it is bright and colourful and your eyes instantly get drawn to the logo of the smiley face. Anyway, we happy to say we found a good deal with them and spent a really enjoyable holiday in Ibiza, although we found the description of the hotel was a little bit misleading, we expected it to be bustling but instead it was actually a fairly quiet hotel, that is the only thing we found. Other than that we found our experience was good, maybe better than we expected for what we paid.
I have just booked a short 3 night break to Spain yesterday with Ola Holidays and now found that the price they have charged for the All Inclusive Hotel can be found alot cheaper on alot of the main websites. Prices for the flights are the same but please bear this in mind and shop around before committing to them. As I have just phoned up to point this out to them, and for them to possibly as a “goodwill gesture” either price match the hotel or meet half way so I will come back and use them again, I have just had a repeat response of “We dont price match it’s not in our T & C’s, you have now signed into an agreement, so the price is the price” (but it neither states they do or don’t price match in their T & C’s ,so not very helpful or customer friendly for me to want to be a returning customer, especially when they will not pass me through to a Manager or give me their names.
