The company was founded in 1994 and is based near toPearson International airport Ontario.

It deals with all-inclusive vacations, flights only, hotels, flights plus hotels, cruises, and car hire.

It also offers insurance cover for your holidays through Manulife travel insurance.

If you go to the itravel2000 homepage[1], you will find quite a few options open to you.

Halfway down the page, on the left-hand side is a section where you can enter your e-mail address and be eligible for entrance into a draw for a free trip giveaway.

On the right-hand side of the page you have a column entitled “Fighting to Save You Money!”, under which you will find “Caribbean Packages”, “European Flights and Hotel Vacations”, and “USA Flights and Hotel Packages”.

Also, in the centre of the website you will find the section entitled “itravel2000 Travel Deals” where you can earn or redeem petro-points (from Petro Canada), find gay friendly hotels and resorts, or buy your tickets to the Universal Theme Park Orlando.

The itravel2000 deal of the day however can be found by clicking on the deals have the top of the website, circled in the image.

Here you will find a section entitled “Today’s Hottest Deals”.

You also have the opportunity of choosing between different itravel2000 last minute deals including last minute flight deals, last minute Hotel deals, last minute flight and hotel deals, and last minute Cruise deals.

How to Refine Your Search

You also have the chance of refining your search.

You do this by going to the bar entitled “narrow your search”, where you can choose your destination, your hotel, the duration of your stay, the supplier of your holiday, how many stars you want … from 2 to 5, and the types of meals … from no meals to all-inclusive.

You can reset your search by clicking the yellow “reset” button.

And, if you click on the “Total Price” checkbox you will be given the price for the vacation plus all taxes … if you don’t check this box you will be given the vacation price with the price of taxes underneath in smaller numerals.

We took a quick look and came up with the usual split between people that thought itravel2000 were very good and those that didn’t really like them.

A lot of this was based on price with a few of the negative reviews being based on the personality of the agent on the other end of the telephone.
