It has been apparent to me that this web page is not very reliable and I have experienced no end of frustration getting into my cruise details and making any ‘on shore’ tour bookings. This is totally unacceptable and should I miss out on going on any tours or experience delays because I was unable to PRE book as your web page claims I wont be very complimentary towards your service.
Myself and my partner have spent several frustrating hours punching in our booking names and booking numbers in to no avail. Whats the go????????????????????????????? We dont have endless hours to do this stuff and your sites are supposed to reduce stress, delays and confusion and without a phone number that’s available beyond business hours makes it even more difficult to address this in person. This is really unacceptable and if I continue to experience the same difficulty without any satisfaction I wont be choosing P&O again as my holiday choice.

This summer we stayed at Starlight Convention Center Thalasso & Spa 5-str hotel…

It was our first vacation in Turkey and in a five star hotel. First, we were glad that our hotel is bordered by another hotel and it was fun to visit both areas. But in practice – the work of animators was very hindered – to take part in almost every sports entertainment we had to stand in long queue. And the buffet was the same – waiters can not cope with the flow of people, dirty dishes, dirty tables – it was not very pleasant to eat in such environment.

A friend recommended Ola Holidays to us, she said they were a really cheap travel company and offer a good basic package so we phoned their customer service number after looking on their website. We liked the look of the website it is bright and colourful and your eyes instantly get drawn to the logo of the smiley face. Anyway, we happy to say we found a good deal with them and spent a really enjoyable holiday in Ibiza, although we found the description of the hotel was a little bit misleading, we expected it to be bustling but instead it was actually a fairly quiet hotel, that is the only thing we found. Other than that we found our experience was good, maybe better than we expected for what we paid.
